Dear Santa,

I have tried really hard this year to be a good boy. I have been nice most of the time. I try to say nice things to almost everyone. I have had a struggle with brushing my teeth as often as I should, but I shower and comb my hair. I know I have been on your nice list more than the naughty one. I am planning on leaving an extra helping of goodies on your plate, I have to go on a diet so you score!. I promise I will watch the "Muppets Christmas Carol" on Christmas night with Bob, Erin and Nate. I will cheer harder for Red Sox Baseball (sorry Cleveland and Atlanta). Last of all I will play nice at Catan.

All I am asking for is one tiny little present for the garage. I know you can do anything and grant good little boys their wishes. I do believe. I even put money in your red pot where your helpers ring their bells. I am enclosing a special picture so you will know which one is just right for me. I am so excited for Christmas!

I can hardly wait for Christmas Morning!

Your best friend,

Charlie

We had an enjoyable day today. We met Becca and Jr. also C.W. and Amy for early morning breakfast in Casa Grande. We set off on an adventure to the top Mount Lemmon in the Catalina Mountains outside Tucson. We had a little detour with all the exits in Tucson being under construction and closed. Who would figure that? We work our way in through the back door and finally made the trek up to the top. We stopped at each view point along the way for pictures and to enjoy the scenery. The picture on the left is one by some interesting rocks. The one on the right shows what we discovered at the top. Yes, it is that white, cold, and wet stuff called snow. Brrrrr! We had a tail-gate lunch around the Expedition and enjoyed left over turkey sandwiches. It was fun to explore and to ride along and visit. We had a nice day together, the girls were fun to listen to as they visited and posed at each stop.

This is the Thanksgiving Celebration with the Arizona gang. Becca and Jr. hosted at the ranch and provided the feast and what a feast it was! It was wonderful with all the fixings, Turkey and more fixings. We enjoyed the day playing games and eating until we were stuffed. Those more adventurous went for a walk and came back and ate pie and played more games. A very special thanks to Becca and Jr. for their excellent efforts and deliciously hard work. We give thanks for them and for all that we receive each day.
